The Constitution of Much Wenlock Broseley & District U3A
We are bound by the terms of our constitution. Changes can be proposed and decided upon at the AGM only. The document contains the changes agreed up to the 2023 AGM. Here is the 2023 Proposal that was approved at the AGM
Data Protection and Privacy Policies
We conform to the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
There are two documents - a Data Protection Policy and a Privacy Policy.
Policy Book
To ensure consistency when making decisions, and to record key decisions, we have a policy book. It is based on the Executive Committee approved minutes and is maintained by the Secretary.
Here is the latest version as of May 2026, Policy Book v2.1.
