The aim of our group is to improve our conversational French.

There are 8 in our group but we could accommodate 2 more.

We usually meet in Broseley every Tuesday afternoon but sometimes go out and about too. Recent jaunts include tea at the local deli, walking across the fields to Benthall and exploring the famous Broseley Jitties.

We usually have a subject to speak about. It helps people focus. Examples of subjects are: pigs, springtime, dreams, favourite town and school days. We speak or read aloud for about 10 minutes. Then we all discuss it.

We are not earnest and have a laugh and really have become friends. As  Maggie, the Group Leader says,

“It has changed my life meeting intelligent and like-minded people.”
